Jupgrade and Legacy Mode

Some days ago, while migrating my site (this website) from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 2.5, I had lots of problems with Jupgrade.

Jupgrade is a component by Redcomponent, usefu when migratng to Joomla 2.5 (but not only) and old Joomla 1.5 installation.

I had enormous problems, and tried everything, from various "Skips", to disabling some components and enabling CURL on the server. Nothing, Jupgrade always hanged in the middle of the migration process.

Then, suddendly, some light...After reading various forums in seacrh of a possible solution, I found the right one: disable Joomla 1.5 LEGACY MODE, that I still had enabled for a URL-Rewrite component.

AG Snow, snow effect in Joomla (Javascript)

A very simple module, written in 5 minutes (OK, maybe a little more) inspired by the weather.
This module uses some simple Javascript to create the "snow effect" in Joomla.

I know it's not "Web 2.0", not even "1.0" (maybe it's "Web 0.2") but...at Christmas time everyone just wants some snow on the website ;-)

Download (Joomla 1.5 and 2.5 compatible)

Install as always, publish the module (don't show title). Only parameter to set: Effect type (there are 7 different effects).
